Service users as co-producers

A study into the concept of co-production, where the users of services are involved in mutual support and the delivery of services, has identified the government’s focus of full employment as a threat. If successful, it could strip neighbourhoods of the people who make the difference between success and failure of public services, like volunteers and carers.
