Cross-border charities need to act

English and Welsh charities operating in Scotland should expect to be contacted shortly by OSCR, the Scottish charity regulator. If they meet the criteria for registration in Scotland they will be asked to apply and to return such an application to OSCR within six weeks. The full registration process needs to be completed by the end of February 2007.
