Childcare cost barrier to volunteering

An official review of the minimum wage regulations around how they are applied to voluntary workers has come out against any changes. Unfortunately, the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) announcement also stated that volunteers are not entitled to reimbursement of childcare costs, which flies in the face of other guidance.
