Revising the guidance on Scottish charity test

Scotland’s charity regulator OSCR has invited comments on its guidance for meeting the charity test under the Charities and Trustee Investment Scotland Act 2005. OSCR intends to update the guidance in light of its experience over the two years since the legislation came into force.
