Understanding sector legislation

Over the last decade there has been a growing recognition of the importance of governing bodies and trustees supporting their Chief Executives and staff in ensuring that charities perform well and maintain appropriate standards.

This briefing will look at recent changes in sector legislation including the new charities bill and what additional responsibilities this brings to everyone within the organisation.
