If you are new to managing volunteers or a volunteer programme and looking for training on the fundamental aspects of volunteer management, then this event is designed especially for you.
The workshop will focus on: Drafting Volunteer Job Descriptions; Supervision Skills; Tips on Effective Volunteer Recruitment ; Training and Monitoring Volunteers; The Importance of Screening Volunteer Retention and Recognition; Interview Techniques and Gaining Staff / Management Support.
Booking fee: £85 per person for one day / £150 per person for both days (Includes VAT, all refreshments, lunch and handout materials for the training)
