Closing stages for dormant accounts legislation

This week (3rd November) sees the remaining parliamentary stages for the Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill - http://www.commonsleader.gov.uk/output/page2579.asp. Leaving just enough time for Royal Assent before the closing of this session of parliament, presumably.
When money might then start flowing to the charitable causes (different arrangements in the devolved areas) is another matter.
