Developing Scottish community energy projects

Community Energy Scotland (formerly operating as the Highlands and Islands Community Energy Company but now Scotland-wide) is a charity actively supporting and funding community groups to develop sustainable energy projects (renewables, energy efficiency).
New web site just launched at http://www.communityenergyscotland.org.uk.
