First Community Assets transfer

The first grant from the Office of the Third Sector’s Community Assets programme (managed by Big Lottery Fund) has been announced.
Pelton Fell Community Resource Centre in Chester-le-Street will be refurbished and extended and then managed by Pelton Fell Community Group, with support from Chester-le-Street District Council. See OTS news item.
