Sparking a challenge on homelessness for social enterprises

The Spark Challenge is a development and investment programme which aims to prevent and tackle homelessness through social enterprise.
The 2009 round has £1.6 million available to award, and this time individuals who are, have been or are at risk of being homeless can also submit business ideas from 17th December.
